About Us
The foundation for Boyles & Callihan, PLLC was laid in 1991, when managing attorney M. Scott Boyles opened the doors of Boyles Law Firm, PLLC. Two decades later, already considered one of the top real estate, estate planning and business formation law firms in southeastern North Carolina, we responded to our clients’ requests to offer our personalized, courteous approach to high quality legal counsel and representation in a broader array of legal services.
Attorney Kristen Kelley Callihan joined the firm in 2011. She proceeded to quickly and thoroughly establish herself as an exceptional attorney in multiple practice area and has since come alongside Scott in our real estate practice and overall firm management.
During the firm’s 30th anniversary of service to our community, Scott and Kristen proudly announced their new partnership, Boyles & Callihan, PLLC, with the shared vision of a law firm where we work hard, we work smart, and we work together, always striving to do the best possible job for our clients. The Boyles & Callihan, PLLC partnership positions our firm to offer our decades of experience and practice excellence in service to our clients’ personal, professional, and business needs for decades to come, through all the seasons of their lives, including: real estate acquisitions and sales; estate planning, wills and trusts; business formations, start-ups, and operations.
